1. Cash on Delivery Only
Please note that we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. Due to this, we do not offer direct monetary refunds. Instead, eligible orders may be returned for replacement only.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- The product was received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition
- You contact us within 3 days of receiving the product
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned beyond the 3-day window
- Products without original packaging
4. How to Request a Return or Replacement
To request a return or replacement:

- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, we will coordinate with you for return pickup and arrange a replacement item
5. No Refunds Policy
As we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis only, we do not issue refunds. If a product is faulty or incorrect, we will offer a free replacement for the same item or a similar product of equal value, based on availability.
6. Shipping for Returns
If a return is approved, Emilio Routes will arrange and cover the return shipping costs. We do not require customers to ship items on their own.

We accept return requests from customers worldwide, but shipping timelines and availability of replacements may vary based on location.
